Don and Cathy Hutton are the sole owners of the corporation. Don is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach and has previous work experience in real estate loans and appraisals. Early in his career, he was employed for over 4 years by California Federal Savings. Don has been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years. Cathy has many years of experience in bookkeeping and general office work.. Her early working years were spent at Hunt-Wesson Foods in Fullerton, California. Both are active in their church and the community.

Mill Creek Management has 8 full time employees that include a brother of Don and a son of Don and Cathy. One employee has been with the company for over 20 years.

This is a full service property management company. There is nothing that can happen to an owner’s property that Mill Creek won’t mitigate. Their service is for single family homes through larger apartment complexes. They service the 3 cities of Visalia, Exeter and Tulare.
